Thank you for purchasing one of our BLACKSAW Meaningful Possessions. Producing the highest quality product is the foundation of what we do here. Our goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with all the products we provide. Should you encounter any defects in our materials or workmanship, we would be more than happy to replace it. Please see our returns and exchange policy for more details.
If for some strange reason you are not completely satisfied with your BLACKSAW purchase, we will happily accept the return of the product within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in the same condition it was, when originally shipped, inclusive of all tags and packaging.
BLACKSAW INC. reserves the right to inspect and determine the condition of the returned product for all purposes of providing an exchange or refund. All returned products should include attached hang tags & packaging and be free of stains, odours, pet hair and washing cycles.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
In cases of rejection, customers will be contacted and a shipping fee will be charged to have the merchandise sent back.
Please note that each handmade item is unique and there may be slight variances in colouring and sizing.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Carefully use the Return Merchandise Form on our website
Please enter your e-mail and order confirmation number (required for all returns and exchanges) and click “return items”.
Follow the screen instructions and select the items you would like to return.
You will then get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
In all cases granted a full refund, we will credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price. The customer will be responsible for the return item cost of shipping.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Returns of “manufacturer's defective product” on defective material or workmanship will only be granted 30 days after purchase (Normal wear and tear are excluded from all returns and warranty). We are more than happy to repair or replace the defective product. In the event that the returned product is no longer in production, we will offer a substitution as close as possible in terms of the quality and lifetime value. In this case, the item must be cleaned according to the care label. The decision to repair or replace will be at the sole discretion of BLACKSAW INC. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping good to BLACKSAW.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE
Types of goods that are exempt from being returned include gift cards, promotional items, and sale items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
